New York, NY— January 10, 2026 — r-pac CNCT, the connected product intelligence platform from r-pac, a global leader in brand identity, packaging, and connected product solutions, today announced a strategic collaboration with Threadline and Poshmark to advance scalable, brand-led resale and circular commerce for the fashion and retail industry.

As brands face growing expectations around transparency, circularity, and Digital Product Passport requirements, r-pac CNCT connects physical products to trusted digital resale experiences, enabling brands to activate authenticated resale directly from connected garments while maintaining brand control and reducing consumer friction.

The solution combines r-pac CNCT’s digital product identity, including serialized QR codes embedded in garments, with Threadline’s resale automation and Poshmark’s resale marketplace, allowing consumers to list items for resale with a single scan.

Together, the collaboration allows brands to participate more directly in resale while preserving brand equity, improving resale data visibility, and supporting long-term circular business models. This approach is particularly relevant as brands prepare for increasing regulatory and consumer demands around transparency and circularity.

Güneri Tugcu, Global Director of Partnerships & Business Development at r-pac, added, “Digital product identity is becoming a core enabler for transparency, traceability, and circularity. Working with Threadline allows us to extend that capability into resale and help brands connect authenticated physical products with trusted resale experiences at scale.”

“This collaboration reflects a shared belief that resale should be brand-aligned, operationally viable, and designed for long-term value creation,” said Lacie Thorne, CEO of Threadline. “By connecting digital product identity to resale marketplaces like Poshmark, we’re helping make resale easier for consumers while giving brands a more credible and scalable way to engage in circular commerce.”

The collaboration is expected to be showcased through joint demonstrations and thought leadership initiatives leading up to NRF 2026, with additional educational content and industry conversations planned around resale, digital identity, and circularity.
