The collaboration is designed to support a wide range of industries where trusted identity and frictionless consumer interaction are increasingly critical, including sports, live entertainment, festivals, experiential retail, and brand-led events.

As rights holders, brands, and event operators look to create more direct relationships with consumers, the partnership combines r-pac CNCT’s digital product identity and connected merchandise capabilities with Jib Technologies’ wallet-bound identity and activation layer. Together, this enables real-time experiences such as access, offers, loyalty, and brand-funded engagement, without requiring proprietary consumer apps.

Through serialized identifiers and QR and NFC technologies, r-pac CNCT connects physical products, merchandise, tickets, and credentials to authenticated digital identities. Jib Technologies activates those identities through OS-native mobile wallets such as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, enabling secure, wallet-bound access, promotions, and engagement, designed to perform reliably at scale—whether in-venue, in-store, or across digital and second-screen environments.
